Architect (“we,” “us,” or “our”) wants you to be familiar with how we collect, use, and disclose personal information. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information that we collect through our websites, social media pages, mobile apps, online communications, and any other sites or services that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, “Services”).

To the extent that we process personal information on behalf of our business customers in connection with providing the Services, we do so in our capacity as a service provider or processor, and this processing is governed by the relevant customer agreements.

Business Contact Details

Payment Information

Payment card information, bank account information and other billing details. This information may be processed by our payment service providers, which may handle your payment information in accordance with their own privacy policies.

User Content

Reviews about our Services, and other content you may create or share with us during our work relationship, including posts on our social media pages and comment sections.

Geolocation

Approximate location derived from your IP address.

Preferences

Language, interests, and other feedback/preferences that you might express during your use of our Services.

Marketing Data

Device Information

Your device’s operating system type and version, manufacturer and model, screen resolution, RAM and disk size, CPU usage, device type, IP address, language settings, mobile device carrier, radio/network information, advertising ID, and general location information.

Tools We Use For Automatic Data Collection

Cookies

Cookies are pieces of information stored directly on the device that you are using and allow us to collect information such as browser type, time spent on the Services, pages visited, language preferences, and other traffic data. We, our advertising partners, and our service providers may use the information for security purposes, to facilitate navigation, display targeted advertisements, display information more effectively, conduct analytics, and personalize your experience. We do not currently respond to browser do-not-track signals. If you do not accept cookies, you may experience some inconvenience in your use of the Services.

Local Storage Technologies

These technologies provide cookie-equivalent functionality but can store larger amounts of data, including on your device outside of your browser in connection with specific applications.

Pixel Tags

Also known as web beacons and clear GIFs, pixel tags may be used to track the actions of users of the Services, measure the success of our marketing campaigns, and compile statistics about usage of the Services and response rates.

No Use of Data for AI/ML Training

We do not use your personal information to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence (AI) and/or machine learning (ML) models. Any data we collect is used solely for the purposes explicitly outlined in this Privacy Policy and will not be utilized to train or develop AI/ML technologies that could be deployed beyond the specific services we provide to you.

Unfortunately, no data transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Marketing Choices

If you no longer want to receive marketing-related emails from us, you may opt out by following the unsubscribe instructions in any such message. If you no longer want to receive SMS/text messages from us, you may opt out by texting “STOP.” We will try to comply with your request(s) as soon as reasonably practicable. Please note that if you opt out of receiving marketing from us, we may still send important administrative messages, from which you cannot opt out.

We retain personal information for as long as needed or permitted in light of the purposes for which it was obtained as outlined in this Privacy Policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by applicable law.

This Privacy Policy does not address, and we are not responsible for, the privacy, information, or other practices of any third parties. This includes any third party operating any website or service to which the Services link. The inclusion of a link on the Services does not imply endorsement of the linked site or service by us or by our affiliates.

Use of Services by Minors

The Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 13.

Updates to This Privacy Policy

The “Last Updated” legend at the top of this Privacy Policy indicates when this Privacy Policy was last revised. Any changes will become effective when we post the revised Privacy Policy on the Services.
